I’m not a huge graphite sketcher but have just recently gotten interested in more pencil sketching, so I found your post very informative. Uni Mitsubishi is my current favorite too, especially the 10B! Wow, so soft and dark. I have not been able to find that grade anywhere else, except this one: http://www.jetpens.com/Uni-Mitsubishi-Brush-Pencil-10B/pd/14146 It’s also by Mitsubishi, but the core is much wider than standard pencils. I learned how to cut it with a chisel edge — now it’s really interesting! Hope I can do something cool with it.
