Shipping and returns
All prints and cards are sent securely inside a cardboard-backed envelope.
Original drawings and commissions are usually put in a plastic wallet in a cardboard tube. I can however send them inside a cardboard-backed envelope if you prefer. Please let me know at the time of purchase if this is what you’d like.
I aim to post items three to five working days from receiving the order. UK orders should arrive one or two days after posting, international orders are hard to predict at very much at the whim of local customers. Please note that while I do everything I can to ensure customs have all the correct information so that your item proceeds as quickly as possible through customs controls, you may well have to pay local customs duties and fees.
If you have ordered a card, print or original drawing, I accept returns if you are not happy with the product. Please let me know within five days of receiving the item if you would like to return it. I offer a full refund (including return postage) upon the safe return of the undamaged item.
If you have ordered a portrait commission, before sending it I’ll send you a scan of the finished picture. If you feel you no longer want the picture then I’ll refund you in full. Once the portrait has been sent I offer refunds only if the picture is damaged in transit.
